Article I. Section 8. of the US Constitution:

> The Congress shall have Power To [...] establish Post Offices and post Roads;

So any such change to the mail would be legislative

Thinking congress is going to help at this point is beyond delusional.
The UK is in the process of nationalising it's railways for good reason. Maybe Musk should ask why? Maybe he won't.
After reading I wonder if some private entity might could invent some future sort of transportation. Maybe a hyperloop or Teslas in a tunnel :D
Yeah, that's going to end well with the mail-in-ballots when Trump sells it to a buddy.

Additionally, this would make it a lot more expensive for rural areas to receive packages. Eg. Amazon only does dense areas and gives still use UPS for the expensive ( rural) ones.
