- Fake as in, they're not allowed to call it "old cheese" because it's a protected term for cheese of a minimum age. But it might even be preferred by some because the texture is still a bit softer. I like it, but as with a good single malt, I wouldn't pay the same price if it's artificially aged.

I don't know much about cryptocurrencies but there seems to be a scaling issue, last thing I read it can only handle 7 transactions/s, is that still valid?
If so, then how would this scale to a country-wide payment system?
- I know c# is not the coolest kid on the blcok, but my pick would be Blazor. Since it's all based on .net it's mature, performant, stable (finally, now with .net 8), long term support, great tooling and readily available strategies for testing, configuration, deployment, debugging etc.
And because I'm so tired of NPM/JavaScript (UI) frameworks reinventing themselves with new name every 6 months.
- Battery life, screen quality, performance.. It has of course all this super annoying bloatware you can't remove but some of the extra features were actually quite good and I miss those now (close all apps, how to create screen recordings and screenshot, etc).

I've also started to wear barefoot shoes with widened toes some years ago, and I can't go back to my 'normal' business shoes anymore, my feet start hurting within an hour because my toes positions started to be more parted.
Running with them is quite challenging though, the technique to land on the front of your feet required to minimize shocks on the knees and hips but a lot more strain on the calves.
