- The women look much much younger than western equivalents though because they avoid the sun. It's hard to look at western girls in twenties who look like they are in their mid 30s. However, the western girls who have used sunscreen tend to look super good with the original skin.
- I grew up in Northern Europe and I still think when people back home do tanning it looks so bad and makes them look super old. They look much better with the natural skin as it's not damaged and it's kind of even. Like I see women in their 20s easily looking like 35 no kidding. I am glad I avoided the sun from young age so I get comments now in my 30s that I look like early 20s which is mostly due to the skin.
Like sometimes I watch American news and the fake tans are just yucky and kind of gross to me.
Same with western women I see in Asia occasionally, age in 20s but looks easily 30+ while it's the opposite with many Asians. Eastern Europeans tend to avoid the sun more.

- Codex is super cheap though even with the cheapest GPT subscription you get lots of tokens. I use 4.5 opus at work and codex at home tbh the differences are not that big if you know what you are doing.
- For me it's just that I am too lazy to start switching from my GPT subscription, I use it with codex and it's very good for my use-case. And the price at least here in Asia is not expensive at all for the plus tier. The amount of tokens are so much that I usually cannot even spend the weekly quota, although I use context smartly and know my codebase so I can always point it to right place right away.
I feel like at least for normies if they are familiar with ChatGPT, it might be hard to make them switch especially if they are subscribed.
- I think it kind of shines in this type of task. I am building my own game engine and it's very good for this type of refactoring. On some other tasks though, it clearly makes bad architectural decisions imo, like more junior developer might not get them but for instance in my game engine, it often tries to be too generalist like trying to build something akin to Unity that can do all sorts of games rather than focus on the type of game I am building it for unless I very explicitly always say it

To me personally, I like naturally tan skin (like Asian natural skin) > natural white skin > artificial tanned skin > heavy tanning. Tanned white people just do not look good to me.
