- twohaibei parentI had similar problem. They demanded some documents for KYC, and my "address of operation" did not match "address of registration", or something similar. It took me over a month of writing with their support to even get any info WHAT is wrong, then couple of days on chats with them to straighten it out. Terrible system demanding a lot of my energy and time to get back access to MY MONEY. Because of course they blocked withdrawal/payments from my account.
- Wow. Reddit comments contains a company name. First step felt familiar so i just found an email from them in my inbox. Looks like i dodged a bullet 2 months ago. In the first step they wanted me to turn on a camera and do some live programming while being recorded. All without any human contact, all automated emails. It rubbed me the wrong way and ignored them. After reading what the next steps are I'm glad i trusted my intuition.
- This has been clear for a long time. The question is who has the power and will to do something sufficient about it to stop it. The money is so huge they can buy enough protection. And social media is not even the only one doing it knowingly. But until fine < profit, fines will be paid. And until execs dont go to jail, they will still be happy to rake in the billions.
- 4. I just checked. Its 12kB vs 4kB.
But tailwind/nextjs version has a lot of files incluced (ie. svg icons) which the other extracted to separate files.
Also, nextjs adds its own code that is completely unnecessary. Such as, 15 reponsive versions of the same image file, script tags at the end with the whole content in json.
This comparison does not feel objective (or honest) at all to me. If you want to prove to professionals that your CSS solution is better, you need to provide much stronger evidence. Preferably ones those professionals can't disprove within 30 seconds of comparing the examples themselves.

- > I have never payed more than say $3k in cash. It just doesn’t make sense to do so.
Let me quote someone smart on privacy topic:
> Arguing that you don’t care about the right to privacy because you have nothing to hide is no different than saying you don’t care about free speech because you have nothing to say.
Cash = privacy. I dont want to get stripped from privacy by anyone for any reason.
- Ha, I was wondering if I'm the only one allergic to that attitude. For me it was one sentence later at "You should listen to your elders" where I decided this piece won't be much of a value and head over to the comments which never fail to have some interesting insights without forcing me to read extended history and ramblings.
- Same happens to me. Couple months ago it pointed me through some small villages instead of using highway, making me save ~3 minutes, for the cost of a lot of stress and less safety.
I'm now trying to find some better navigation system because im pretty sure at some point it won't be optional.
