  5. One year, many years ago, they had an Cyber Monday offer for $299 indefinitely. I took it.

Reading this and thinking of my consumption I start wondering if it is still worth it

[2] Ik heb Gary Williams, de enige van de drie auteurs die nog leeft, drie e-mails gestuurd. Daar heeft hij nooit op gereageerd. Op een gegeven moment houdt het op, hè?

  13. GarageFS is supported by NLnet *. NLnet is very Open Soucre minded and sees no objection in supporting it due to the AGPL. Maybe AGPL isn’t that Open Source unfriendly?

And indeed I noticed that OpenIO isn’t updated for quite some time.

  14. The idea of analog neural networks is appealing. I bought Analog VLSI and Neural Systems in 1989 and still have it as a trophy on my bookshelves. My gut feeling says one day analog neural networks will be a thing, if only for the reason of considerable lower power consumption.

I’m not saying that life is analog, DNA is two bits. IMHO life is a mix of Analog & Digital.

  15. I’d say

  16. The Firefox Chat window doesn't allow running a LLM is a different container. At least I couldn't find a way, tried several plugins but failed. Now running my LLM of choice just like the author inside a pined & containerized tab.
