- Would it be possible to have a specialized rust only dev or Reactjs only dev while getting rid of all other languages to minimize size of model?
- my guess is it's just an electron app or chromium wrapper with an ollama wrapper to talk to it (there are plenty of free open source libs to control browsers).

- if I were him I would take the first flight to Moscow, can't trust the Australian government, they're a US vassal state, sabotaging their own economy and relationship with China to please the US. Safer to go an enemy state of the US in this case. There's a reason Snowden's still alive while all those Boeing and other whistleblowers are either dead or jailed.

- They still have one of the best AI tech now and for the foreseeable future (despite their woke filters) and a decent cloud platform. And of course as you say they have Ads but also Android. - jQuery is amazing, still remember the joy of using it 20 years ago. That being said, React, Vue and similar are just better IMO to build and maintain complex apps. Don't get me wrong, jQuery was the best thing at its time and I will always be grateful to its contributors, but today there are better alternatives. I think htmx is nice but not seeing it taking over other frameworks.
- I was paying for Netflix 10 years ago in France for a short while, wanted some English subtitles for my wife for some US shows but there were only subtitles in French so had to download the same show elsewhere if you know what I'm saying... with English subtitles readily available. I also remember watching some shows like the first two seasons but then only to find out the third season was licensed by another streaming service lol. Such a UX disaster for paying customers.

That's like saying a free society can only be free when individuals are free to do anything they want including harming/limiting freedoms of other individuals. Well, no, most free society limits your freedom to harm other people or bans you from limiting other people's freedom. The AGPL prohibits you from limiting other people's freedom.

Note that some contracts act as proxy to other contract and can be made to point to another code through a state change, if this is the case then you need to trust whoever can change the state to point to another contract. Such contract sometime have a timelock so that if such a change occurs, there's a delay before it is actually activated, which gives time to users to withdraw their funds if they do not trust the update.
If you are talking about Oracle contracts, if it's an oracle involving offchain data, then there will always be some trust involved, which is usually managed by having the offchain actors share the responsibility and staking some money with the risk to get slashed if they turn into bad actors. But again, offchain data oracles will always require some level of trust that would have to deal with in non-blockchain apps too.
