- I agree. The way they make sending parcels internationally more difficult through custom declarations and taxes and fines for smaller occasions it’s more practical to send a gift card from the destination country.

- Interesting what’s your hardware on the FreeBSD setup, thinkpad?
- What quirks did you encounter if I may ask? Was considering this setup.
- I set this up to reinvigorate my T2 MacBook Pro (with Cosmic) but it keeps restarting when the lid is closed, and keyboard and trackpad don’t always resume on restore. I was impressed with the docs!
I’m thinking of trying Ubuntu, but maybe T2 Linux will always be a compromise, hardly CachyOS fault I reckon.
- If you already have a gaming pc I can recommend an Apple TV and installing Steam Link.

I haven’t been in this situation but there’s every possibility that you’ll come through this and to prepare for your live after perhaps you can think of a few small changes that would improve how you feel about your life? I’d think that would also give you peace of mind. Sending you strength.
- Yeah it’s interesting to see if blaming LLMs becomes as acceptable as “caused by a technical fault” to deflect responsibility from what is a programmer’s output.
Perhaps that’s what lead to a decline in accountability and quality.
