- If ChatGPT and AI is "just" supposed to be Youtube, sure. ChatGPT wasn't supposed to be just YouTube.

- Yeah. Coding is not a sport. Even if it is (Leetcode competitions or something), as in chess, it is the top 100 or so that can make money and survive.

- Skills seem to have code packaged in. They have added pdf, excel support using skills.
- To clarify, MCP was also a Anthropic innovation.
- This tutorial itself is very old. (In recent AI innovation timelines)
Now it's all about Context Engineering which is very much engineering.
- It's the new TODO app. Anthropic are just going to build one or acquire one of these soon and the rest will be dead.

- It's just about polish and tightness of integration or may even be lack of it. Claude Code for VSCode is basically Claude Code running in VSCode terminal with some integrations for open file, selections and diffs.
- I haven't seen the OP yet...are you saying the OP is not worth it and recommending these other links?
- Claude.ai and Claude Desktop are the main non developer MCP clients.
ChatGPT has limited MCP support as of now (read only use cases with deep research) but the expectation is that full MCP support might be dropping soon.
