  1. this is my workflow
  2. Okay here's another one using intermittent fasting where half were able to eliminate or reduce medication sustained a year after the intervention: https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article/108/6/1415/6888005?log...
  3. Yes, and? What point are you trying to make?

    > T2D remission is defined as glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) < 6.5% after discontinuation of hypoglycemic drugs for at least 3 months

    > In the intensive treatment group, 78.57% patients in the prediabetes subgroup returned to normoglycemia and the diabetes remission rate was 75% in the diabetes subgroup at 12 months

75% of T2D people in this study were able to get cured and stop medications. It's a good outcome.

  4. Here's a protocol from a small study where 90+% reversed their T2D. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s12916-025-04072-4

tl;dr it's everything you expect - home-cooked healthy meals, avoid sugary stuff, moderate exercise five days per week, etc

  5. I think it's saying that diabetes (T2 is reliably reversible) causes damage to the heart and kidney but sometimes the connection isn't made and they treat the kidney/heart symptoms without addressing the cause (T2D).
  6. yeah but I'll bet it showed you the closest starbucks
  7. your government already has an online censorship department https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ESafety_Commissioner which is being used to silence social media posts with bogus "informal" takedown notices
  8. Boots taste good, actually! +10 social credit for you!
  9. It's flatly racist. I'm not sure what other meaning you could get from these words.
  10. DEI trainers/programs (like you get at work) are informed by CRT (the stuff above).
  11. Holy smokes that is quite a page
  12. The web is built on standards/RFCs (laws) + implementation and enforcement of those standards (executive). The citizens of the web are just as apathetic/short-sighted as your average voter and will embrace the walled garden (authoritarianism) if it fits their current narrative.
  13. So systemic discrimination is an individual problem?

    Silence is violence?

  14. > and the people involved with it.

    Culture?

  15. Same. The control plane and various controllers just aren't up to the task.
