- khimaros parentor if that's not similar enough, how about https://github.com/dspinellis/git-issue?
- why should people use this as opposed to https://github.com/git-bug/git-bug?
- i also built something in this space, but English to any language. it is also self hosting (the "compiler" itself is built from an English language spec and chilled to several language implementations). supports any LLM backend including llama.cpp: https://github.com/khimaros/enc -- designed for Makefile driven workflows, mimicking the 'cc' CLI. many examples in the repo.

- preferring open source and provider agnostic tools, i really want to like OpenCode. i used it exclusively for months, but sadly it has major usability issues which switching to Claude Code solved:
- accidental approvals when trying to queue a prompt because of the unexpected popovers - severe performance issues when pending approval (using 100% of all cores) - tool call failures
having used Crush, OpenCode, aider, mistral-vibe, Gemini CLI (and the Qwen fork), and Claude Code, the clear winner is CC. Gemini/Qwen come in second but they do lose input when you decline a requested permission on a tool call.
that said, CC also has its issues, like the flickering problem that happens in some terminals while scrolling executed command output.
- i have been testing this on my Framework Desktop. ComfyUI generally causes an amdgpu kernel fault after about 40 steps (across multiple prompts), so i spent a few hours building a workaround here https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI/pull/11143
overall it's fun and impressive. decent results using LoRA. you can achieve good looking results with as few as 8 inference steps, which takes 15-20 seconds on a Strix Halo. i also created a llama.cpp inherence custom node for prompt enhancement which has been helping with overall output quality.

- it took me a while to find. here is the source code: https://sourceforge.net/projects/visopsys/files/visopsys-0.9...

- this was my first time speaking publicly about my opinion on this after reading as much of the history as i could with an open mind. i was really looking forward to bcachefs landing in the mainline kernel because btrfs doesn't meet my needs. i was and still am rooting for you, but your social skills really are comically bad and it's impacting the potential of the project. it makes me sad. P.S. your response here doesn't surprise me at all and is completely in character based on everything else i've seen from you.
- i was curious about this and did some digging around for an open source implementation. this is what i found: https://github.com/iselt/masque-vpn
- see also https://github.com/mozilla/rust-code-analysis which also builds on Tree Sitter, tracks similar metrics, and supports quote a few languages
