  1. how worn out or well maintained your brush head i

This. Especially if you try different suplliers, the quality can vary wildly.
  2. Sadly, the robotic vacuum market is quite saturated, there are multiple models by many manufacturers and no clear winner.
  3. I love how easy it is to service a Roomba. And the parts (both original and 3rd party) are plentiful.

Mine is from 2017 btw, still doing daily duty.

  4. To be fair, a lot of Tesla's own models are better and cheaper than the Cybertruck.
  5. Just wanted to point out that Roborock is now in a similar position - they have completely slept on the roller mop trend - and meanwhile other Chinese manufacturers are building better robots.
  6. I think this is the way. The Jolla device does have some Android compatibility layers, but I am sure banking apps will not like that.
  7. Some of the advice is a bit weird though. Get a 4k HDR TV and then connect it to an antenna? I mean, why do you even need a 4k HDR TV in that case?

Not to mention disabling the smart/ad features is an option on some smart tvs (ie. Sony).

  8. Exactly my thoughts! Where is the youtube video? :D I really want to see it. :)
  9. Have you seen the Jolla preorder? It was on hn a few days ago. That is the spiritual successor of the N9XX line.

  10. Nope, that did not change.
  11. That's not true. You can absolutely use ls and other commands to poke around before creating the winning command.
  12. You're overthinking it. You can get quite far with a bit of ls or find . -type f exploration
  13. It was a child of times when stuff like proprietary banking apps were not a thing.

Still, I think the Jolla Phone would make a great second "toy" phone, if you have the budget for a 500€ toy.

  14. People still do.

But it's not the people who write them, but those who sell the LLMs trained on those blogs.

  15. It's just hard to justify engaging.

Well, if your try and force yourself to engage with multiple people, the site won't let you post that many comments in such a short time period. Which, overall, is a good thing I believe.
  16. This. The Elitebooks are quite nice, except for the cheap screen options (prone to ghosting).
  17. On Android, RCS always seems to work great until it suddenly doesn't.
  18. Since last year, TB has native caldav/carddav support.
