- Yes! They are extremely susceptible to user influence, based on what I have read and experienced in personal use. If your initial message contains a seed, e.g., "Should I break up with my boyfriend? He doesn't listen to me," the LLM will stick with the seed of negativity and not make an objective analysis of the situation or take initiative to challenge your/its original perspective.

But neither of those things is their goal. If they happen to build tech that makes your life better, it's because it makes them money (that, generally speaking, they try not to pay taxes on)

- Expatriation (immigration?) to Portugal from America furthers Portuguese wealth inequality and housing crisis. Lisbon is already basically a playground for foreigners and if you do decide to move there please try to assimilate by learning the language, etc.
Source: Portuguese/US citizen. Lived there for a year with a "good" Portuguese salary of 2000 euros a month; much different lifestyle than what the typical US tech worker is accustomed to. And not doable long term unless you plan to retire in Portugal and not do much travelling.
