Regarding CQRS, it is indeed a really interesting concept, and it also allows you to easily scale up. The issue is that it's hard to convince people as they used to the RDBMS day of thinking.

Exactly! The concept of CQRS is quite old, but back in the day, it was difficult to challenge Oracle. We are getting back to the fundamentals though..

Have you tried to make the courses a bit more interactive? Maybe with some questionnaires or story telling?
Have you reached their parents? Would be interesting to see how they handle the situation. I've read that some parents try to mimic schools at home, and they have created lockers, desks, and etc.. for their children so they can have the feeling of being at school!

my suggestions would be to focus a) on ingredients (make sure you get the right flour and butter, plays a huge role) and b) temperature. The colder it is the easier it will be to get a good result!

- Hello Michael, congratulations for the launch! I've have a question; Why would you need to have a delay of delivery at the first place? because of scaling reasons or what exactly? Would love to hear your thoughts on this!
- Great work! happy to hear that also other people bake! I started baking croissants, and I couldn't believe that I could get such good results at home. Next challenge is bread and then homemade pasta!

- agreed! Separation is indeed really tricky, my schedule has changed a lot and my sleeping circle is totally different!
- My company switched to fully remote, so everything seems to be running smoothly. Most of the team members do not like it though, happiness has been dropped, and generally, we face the challenge on keeping everyone on the same pace and office dynamics we had.
