   Unless people therefore decide that testing unnecessary... Which has happened a lot in academia. One of the reasons testing is not being taught that well on some universities...

   For me this shows once again that proper testing is neglected by many developers and companies. Sadly, it is not even mentioned in the advice at the end of the article.

   I am curious, can you remember if there has been some sort of moment in your career that made you think about coding with this in mind? Maybe during your education or career? Or was it a more gradual proces? Or maybe it has never been otherwise. I am asking this because I do research on how to improve education to achieve effects like this.
