- You can always use pyenv to install any Python on any mainstream Linux. I only use pyenv Python to develop on any laptop or any server. My dev laptop is still Ubuntu 22.04 and I have any Python from 2.7 to 3.14 .

- A deep-dive into composite color artifacts on NTSC. How did early computers sometimes generate color without an actual color signal? The Apple 2 line is considered the pioneer of this technique, where ALL of its colors were generated using this odd glitch of the NTSC standard. But color artifacts were exploited even earlier. Today we explore NTSC signals, color generation (both the proper way, and this odd "artifact" way), how artifacting was exposed by the hardware to early software developers, and the history of how early computers adopted this technique, including Home Pong, the Atari 8-bit computers, the entire Apple 2 line (other than the gs), the IBM PC CGA graphics card, and the TRS-80 Color Computer. Also, what's up with the color swapping that happens on the CoCo 1 and 2 when you hit the restart button?

- You can use Ubuntu. I use Ubuntu on a 2009 MBP and on a 2010 too.
- True. But Nokia could do many improvements before Apple launched iPhone. But Nokia decided to stay only with Symbian without touch. And we had to wait 4 years to Android show what a Linux with Java smartphone would be. And we saw Nokia going down with Microsoft. It was interesting times back then.
- Nokia is the best case study of what not to do. In 2005 Nokia launched the 770 Internet Tablet. It was the groundwork for the modern smartphone. But the management did not allow it to have a GSM modem. So it was not a smartphone. Only after the iPhone Nokia launched the N900 but it was too late. Nokia did not believe in touch screen too.
