  1. So it's basically saying that smoking is a proximal cause of mortality, and locale is a distal cause of smoking, intensified by not having a college degree?
  2. "They were always looking for beautiful children with white skin." But most of the children in the video appear to be non-white. So they're not even good at anti-affirmative-action?
  3. Now's the time to get on board so that, when they launch the social network, you can be a top influencer just like Scout

  11. 1 Electron volts = 29.8 x the energy released Tsar bomba 69.5 x the energy released by convert 1 Kg of mass to energy. Something is way off, and it's not just the singular/plural of "volt"
  12. It comes back to my fundamental philosophy that apple is the problem and we should abandon it until it shapes up
  13. I still don't think MacOS is such a great idea
  14. Yeah, imagine if hypothetical scenarios didn't exist…then what?
  15. How about this (choices are random): 1) Choose two bottles and one device 2) Measure the two. If they're the same, choose another device, if they're different, choose another bottle When bottles appear identical, make more measurements with different detectors on them (there's no way around doing that) When a device has accumulated n/2 0 or 1 measurements, the remainder are the opposite number (call this column constraint as per your table) When selecting the next detector, prefer the one that is closest to meeting the column constraint (otherwise choose randomly)

Sorry about the poor formatting of the algorithm but I'm typing on my phone and don't want to submit something AI generated

I was trying to figure out the runtime of this…it captures your best case scenario, and I think the worst as well, but what about the average?

  16. Apple should learn some UX lessons from this
  17. Hopefully the dummies were from the board of directors
