- SebFender parentI may be mistaken - But the Hot App has been doing this for a few years if I remember correctly - In more than one way as it supports past and current architectures...
- I appreciate this post as I think too many folks focus on the end before understanding what made it there. It's kind of asking what's the movie about before watching it or especially movie trailers that essentially shows way too much.
We should all take some time to better understand what brought us here to be better prepared for general creative work and uniqueness in the future...
- I'm not against governments helping out companies per se in different forms but the question remains "Why are they there and what's the impact if they fall?"
It's been done many times in the past decades from financial institutions, manufacturing, others and in different ways.
Remember Harley-Davidson and tarifs on imported motorcycles?
I think the real question becomes how will get done and for how long.
- Alcohol is a toxin that your liver must work to break down, provides empty calories with no nutritional value, disrupts sleep quality, impairs judgment and coordination, and even moderate consumption increases risks of cancer, heart disease, and other health problems. Any perceived benefits are vastly outweighed by these inherent harms.
- Back in the 90's my dad and I put a more than 500k on a Volvo 740 and mostly running original parts (oil filters, brakes etc were changed throughout the decade 84/96 - Québec winters included).
The car ran fine and was ultimately sold to a taxi driver that apparently brought it to close to a million (no proof though).
I think now days people treat cars like phones. Minimal continual maintenance can work wonders and save you a bundle in the process.
- Maybe ridiculous from my part - but I think if they at least had to go hand written with these it could transfer a bit more knowledge back to the brain...
Simply blaming models is an easy way out and creates little value - Maybe changing the medium and exercise to which it transfers could be a thing?
It's time to get creative.
- Interesting as I've never been able to find one good source - Consumer of news and podcasts around 10 hours a day here - Some comments - USA centric to the core, in app font size control/colors, much bigger buttons everywhere, AI voice much deeper controls - Cheers and thanks for sharing.
- Absolutely & very well said - my contention lies in the fact that certain skills are just that - technical. Especially when it comes to architecture, code, complex systems and so on.
I don't mind an illiterate Executive when it comes to basic manufacturing, cosmetics and so on - but when it comes to STEM subjects it becomes a dangerous gamble - especially when it comes to recognize a strong vs weak player.
Too many times I've seen weaker players get bumped up as the executive in charge is somewhat incompetent...
I've been lucky as my family forged my communication skills at a young age - but these days this is rare and I see extremely competent young players get sidelined quite rapidly... Hope is a mystery, but can be found.
