Analyst turned Python/SQL developer after getting into programming a few years ago in order to automate my job. I have a bachelors and an MBA in Accounting but am currently working on a post-bacc computer science degree and am just loving every minute of it.
I am looking to get deeper into Python software engineering and eager to learn as much as possible. If your looking for someone who is self-driven, a great communicator, willing to be taught, and passionate about clean code then I just might be a great fit!

Summary: I love my current job, but I am also interested in getting into a more traditional software development role or possibly an analytics role where I get to work with massive datasets.
I just want to continue to learn more about programming and to use it to solve real world problems! Currently I primarily use Python, SQL, and VBA to develop financial models, build analytics/reporting, and to automate business processes.
On my own time I am an amatuer web developer and have experience with creating websites/apps using Linux, Apache2, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and Python-Flask.
If it matters, I have a Bachelors in Acccounting, an MBA in Accounting, and am planning on starting a Computer Science conversion degree in September. To prepare for the degree I am currently going through Harvard's CS50 on EDX.

- Nice! Gives a lot of detail! I also created a word count tool a while back but it is not quite as feature filled as yours:
- You had me at A/C bro!

Summary: I am looking to get into a more traditional software development role to continue to learn more. Currently I primarily uses Python, VBA, and SQL to develop financial models, build analytics/reporting, and to automate business processes in the financial services industry. I would love to get into a role where I write Python or JavaScript code, but really, I can learn any language and just love to code.
