    not entirely true. you can have drugs that directly act on the respective receptors, either inhibit or excite them.

    They do that already. H1b has a minimum salary requirement. I agree it should be higher but it exists. The median H1B is 130k.

    works fine for my use case and found it alot better than myFitnessPal, ymmv and yeah of course it's impossible to determine with certainty but it gets you 80/90% of the way there.

    Not sure if you are already familiar but I use Cal AI and think it does a pretty decent job. How granular do you track the macros? hard to figure out from a picture if I used some cheese or how much oil.

    The problem is that tacking on to an existing product, while the ideal approach, limits just how creative you can get. I believe this is one of the reasons Cursor had to fork VSCode. Simply being an extension limited the features they could build.
