  1. What are the usage limits for Codex compared to Claude Code?
  2. Do you have any links? I've recently been using Pelican[0] to create static sites using Python, but always looking for simpler solutions.

  3. BTC and XMR are obscure? I'm not sure that's true.
  4. This has nothing to do with either of them?
  5. The Wayback Machine uses 9.6 PetaBytes. Total storage is 50 PetaBytes.

  6. >I dont think ive ever heard of someone wanting transparency in a photo.

OK, but they do. It's pretty common for someone to cut out an object in a photo and have a transparent background.

  7. This looks pretty cool. Is there a simple way to just use the CSS for icons that you use and discard the rest?
  8. If the project owner is referring to their own mother, why would they need to use age and gender neutral language?
  9. I'm currently using Symfony to build fun things. Examples of toy projects I've worked on: https://ryanl.co.uk

If anyone wants to work on something together, email is in my profile or ryan @ the domain above.

  11. >SyntaxError: illegal character
  12. The Symfony Maker Bundle[0] let's you run one command to generate CRUD views/forms/controllers on a defined entity[1].

So, with 2 commands you can have a CRUD website with all the values you need.

    Really easy, really flexible.

  15. Trying not to sound too pessimistic, but none of these projects seem to be revolutionary or add anything to existing solutions.

There's DDoS protection, A phishing extension, VPN, an android app for DNS?

The machine learning of comments could be useful for machine interpreted language, so there's that.

  16. I get a large amount of emails from recruiters. Is there any way I can sign up them up for a large amount of spam easily? Would that be just revenge?
  17. They could argue that keeping you logged in with cookies makes it easier for you to use.
  18. Plenty of people outside of HN use Slack, Discord, Atom, VS Code, Skype and Twitch.
  19. If it grew big enough, I would imagine GitHub would remove it on copyright grounds.

Although it does seem like a good idea, you could also develop a simple search front end, allowing people to simple clone to repo, host a simple php search page to search the repo.

  20. Fahrenheit 451

    Animal Farm

    The Gene: An Intimate History

    The Martian

Currently reading Sapiens: A brief history of humankind. I would recommend all these books, if you're interested in the subjects they are written about.

  21. How much would it cost to get in this initially? Any tips for the marketing/building up an email list?
