A professor once extended a similar kindness to me on a particularly rough draft of my own (very early) work, and it was incredibly helpful to have a neutral but frank attitude on what wasn’t working and what was.
I hope you aren't calling LLMs to be the cause of psychosis but rather just the way it manifests? On the causes my bet would be drugs.
