About Us (we’re the hiring company):
XSELL Technologies is building an Agentic Voice platform for healthcare—blending ASR/TTS, LLMs, and deterministic orchestration to power human-like conversations at scale.
Senior Software Engineer
Focus: Scalable backend systems, APIs, distributed services, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, observability.
You’ll: Design and ship high-performance services, own architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with Product/AI.
You have: ~5+ years in software engineering (Python/Java/Go/Node), cloud infra, strong fundamentals in systems & APIs.
Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Focus: NLP/speech models, real-time inference, production ML (PyTorch/TensorFlow), monitoring & optimization.
You’ll: Build, deploy, and iterate on ML models for conversational understanding and speech intelligence.
You have: ~4+ years in ML/NLP, production deployments, strong Python, cross-functional collaboration chops.
