There was a great chrome extension called "Linkclump" which let you 'screengrab' a section of a window and any links inside the shape that would open as new tabs.

Was super useful for checking out sites. Its now flagged in chrome now as not meeting their new requirements and cant find anything else like it - have people come across similar?
