Expense ratio of 0.75% is crazy for a fund that holds 400+ stocks. Disclosure info on congressional portfolios is delayed 30 days, so you're missing out on cases they're trading on time sensitive information.

Especially when it looks like a fairly unremarkable mix of megacap stocks. Pure marketing.
