The biggest is probably Indeed.com (aggregator + direct posts).

Google itself does aggregation, but it's mostly accessible by searching for something like "assembly programmer jobs". You'll see a special jobs section and can click through for filtering etc. Maybe there's a home page for it, but I've not looked.

For my own experience, the more specialized and smaller boards are better though. When I'm hunting, I usually build a set of bookmarks to saved searches on various sites and just keep checking them.
