- Adept at managing small teams (3-5 members) and larger teams (10+ members).
- Proficient in a variety of technologies, including JS/TS, Cypress, and Playwright, with skills encompassing front-end and back-end automation, visual tests, and load tests.
- Actively engaged in mentoring and coaching team members, contributing to their professional growth.
