True, so the bank robber should be tried for bank robbery.
The question here is whether the bank can get back some or all of the stolen money, i.e. can FTX customers get back the money & cryptocurrency they gave to FTX for safe keeping, maybe as shares in Anthropic?

Feels like the best situation. Those who had their cash/investment misappropriated get it back, and someone who clearly should not have been in a position to have that much responsibility and power has been removed.
