Mortgage servicing is a counter-cyclical business (which is part of the reason we started this company!) and gets paid a recurring revenue based on mortgage loans outstanding (which doesn't really change even when mortgage originations slow).
Roles and Teams (50+ engineers): Escrow Senior SWE - Building tools to create an exceptional homeowner experience. Delinquency Senior SWE - Guide homeowners through the delinquency process. I/O Senior SWE- Load mortgages in and out of our system as efficiently as possible.
