TL;DR: I'm a coder and hate UI designing my own apps myself. Do you also feel that way, if so how do you tackle that problem?

I love working on side projects and building apps on a side. And really enjoy when the app is beautiful and convenient to use (at least I want to feel that way =)). But I hate UI/UX designing, and everytime I start working on the projects I find myself thinking a lot about how the app/screen should look like, trying to make it beautiful and then switching to procrastination because of it.

But once I definite on how it's going to look like (and not questioning the way it looks) I can build it without a second thought.

So, I wonder how do you tackle that problem when work on your projects?
