Almost no women within the founders, I wonder what is their excuse, it is not like all the founders suppose to be technical so even that can't really be an excuse. It is not like kids are the problem since a lot of them were very young when creating the company. When they talk about pay gap or high level positions do they take into account the fact that women don't seem to create businesses?
