Anecdotal, but I've been driving for over 2 years and no one has offered me a job. I've met women who drove for a few months and said that over 50% of the old men who got in offered them a job, obviously most of them are just coming onto them and there isn't really a serious prospect of a job, but the difference is amazing. All I get are snide remarks the smug old men think I don't pick up on.
